Nationwide Massage Table Rental: How Shipping and Delivery Works

Posted on June 3, 2026 by Allison There have been 0 comments

Nationwide massage table rental shipping works by delivering equipment from two warehouse locations — Downers Grove, Illinois and Las Vegas, Nevada — via FedEx to any venue in the continental United States, with live tracking on every piece and pickup coordinated at the end of the rental period. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days, rush delivery is available for tight timelines, and the key to a smooth delivery is getting the right address and enough lead time before your venue access window opens. MassageTableRentals.com has been coordinating nationwide event deliveries for over 18 years.

When a massage table rental order needs to arrive in another state, a different city, or at a venue you've never worked with before, the shipping details matter more than the equipment details. Getting the logistics right is what separates a smooth event setup from a stressful one. Here's what you need to know about how nationwide massage table rental shipping works and how to make sure your order arrives on time.

Where We Ship From

MassageTableRentals.com operates two warehouse locations: Downers Grove, Illinois and Las Vegas, Nevada. Together they cover the continental United States with reasonable transit times to any destination. Your order ships from whichever warehouse gets your equipment there fastest for your event date. The table choice affects shipping cost too — compact tables, which are typically around 25 inches wide, can cost roughly half as much to ship as a premium table, so if budget is part of your planning, the table you select matters as much as the route it travels.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days depending on the distance between the warehouse and your delivery address. East Coast deliveries from Downers Grove and West Coast deliveries from Las Vegas typically fall on the shorter end of that range. Remote or rural destinations may take longer. We typically put a fresh box on every rental and aim to have it deliver one to two business days before your event begins, so your equipment is there before you need it.

When you enter your delivery address at checkout, you'll see the available shipping options and estimated delivery timeframes before you complete your order.

Live Tracking on Every Piece

Every table and chair in your order ships with live FedEx tracking. Your event coordinator gets tracking information and can monitor exactly where the equipment is at any point during transit. No guessing, no waiting on hold with a carrier. You know where your tables are. We also offer shipping insurance — it's not required, but much like when you go to a shipping counter and they ask if you want to declare a higher value, it's what protects the equipment during transit and, importantly, protects your security deposit if something goes wrong on the way.

Rush Delivery Options

When your event is coming up fast, rush delivery options are available. Expedited shipping can significantly compress the delivery window for most destinations. Keep in mind there is a warehouse rush fee — if your order ships within 24 hours of when we send it to the warehouse, the team has to priority-prepare the equipment, so there's typically a $50 rush fee for one to four units. If you're planning an event that's less than a week away, reach out before placing your order so we can confirm availability and the fastest shipping option for your location.

Shipping to the Right Address

The delivery address matters as much as the timeline. A few things to sort out before you order:

  • Can the venue receive a commercial FedEx delivery, or do you need to ship to a hotel or business address?
  • Will someone be available to receive the delivery during business hours?
  • Is there a loading dock, or is it a standard residential or suite-style delivery?
  • Does your venue have a setup window that the delivery needs to arrive before?

For indoor delivery past the building entrance, inside delivery and white glove setup options are available at checkout. The table size you're renting can affect this too — a midsize aluminum table is light enough that one person can carry one under each arm into a conference center, while premium tables are larger and heavier, so knowing what you've ordered helps you plan who's receiving it.

Coordinating Pickup

At the end of your rental period, we arrange pickup. You don't have to ship the tables back yourself. For one or two tables, you can drop the package at any FedEx or UPS location at no charge — each box includes a return label in a clear plastic sleeve inside, and you simply cover the original label with the return label before sealing it up, which makes sure the box doesn't accidentally re-deliver back to your event location. For larger orders of more than one or two tables, a scheduled return pickup is often the better option — we offer that in the shopping cart, and it helps protect you from late rent charges as long as the packages are labeled and ready where the driver is scheduled.

Plan your rental end date to allow a day or two after your event for pickup scheduling. Let us know your pickup window when you place your order.
