Need your rental equipment delivered outside of standard business hours? We can arrange courier delivery on evenings, weekends, and holidays for most service areas.
How it works
Add this item to your cart and complete the request fields below. Our team will review your request, confirm courier availability for your date and location, and send a separate add-on order for the actual service charges before your delivery is scheduled.
Please note
- After-hours and weekend delivery requires advance scheduling — same-day requests cannot be guaranteed
- Weekend delivery from our Las Vegas warehouse requires advance warehouse coordination
- Holiday delivery is subject to availability and carries a premium rate
- Final charges vary based on date, time, distance, and courier availability and will be sent as a separate add-on order
⚠ Important: Unattended Delivery Risk
A contact person must be available to receive the equipment at the time of delivery. If equipment is left unattended at your request and is lost, stolen, or damaged, your full security deposit may be forfeited and you may be responsible for replacement costs. We strongly recommend having someone present to sign for and secure the equipment immediately upon arrival.
Standard weekday courier delivery is available at checkout as a shipping method. This product is for after-hours, evening, weekend, and holiday delivery requests only.
