9 New Ways We’re Making Rentals Faster, Cheaper, and Easier

We thought you might like to know about the massive strides we’ve made to make our store much more convenient for customers like you! It’s been a while since we’ve made significant updates, and we’ve made up for a lot in a short period of time.
2026 Rental Updates and Savings
In this update:
1. Lower Shipping Rates
We offer a discount right in the shopping cart on FedEx shipments as well as adding local delivery and pick up options with much lower pricing for smaller orders, making everything more affordable and convenient.
2. Better Tracking & Rate Comparisons
Our FedEx integration upgrades mean that we synchronize shipping in real time and upgraded the tracking as well as offering you comparison shopping on rates in the cart and lowering the price overall! Our courier service also offers upgrades right in the shopping cart for extras like inside delivery and setup. Now you don’t need a customer service agent unless you want one. You can order these right in the cart.
3. Improved Order Details Dashboard
Find the important details right inside your order dashboard. Our real-time dashboard covers every stage, including outbound shipping, return tracking, and order notes. You no longer have to look through your email to find your shipping plan because it’s displayed right inside your order as soon as it is processed.
4. Billing Contact
If you want a billing contact that’s separate from the ordering contact, we’ve now added a billing contact option. Just set up an additional billing contact in your account area and they’ll automatically receive your invoices.
5. Improved PDF Invoices
We’ve updated the PDF inside our store so it looks nicer and it’s easier to read. Check the comments below the order that now appear easily so you can see a link to your Square payment invoice as well.
6. Instant Quotes From the Shopping Cart
We now offer instant rental quotes right in the shopping cart that you can email to anyone, including yourself. This feature lets you simply email any price quote that gets put together by a customer service agent or by you and get an instant email with the quote attached.
7. Rate Comparison in the Shopping Cart
We also offer a comparison pop-up in the shopping cart so you can see what the shipping rates would be if you changed to a bigger or smaller table.
8. Improved VIP Program
We’ve improved our VIP program and will be rolling out additional automation in the coming weeks to make it even easier to access preferred pricing and benefits. Learn more about the VIP program here.
9. New “Our Customers” Area and New Guides
We’ve improved the overall navigation of the store, making it faster to find what you need. We now provide more useful guides about who our customers are, as well as frequently asked questions for many programs and professions. Explore the programs at the bottom of our customers page.
