We ship from Downers Grove, Illinois and Las Vegas, Nevada, covering the continental United States. Every shipment moves via FedEx with live tracking so you know exactly when your equipment arrives. Most orders deliver within 2 to 5 business days. We do offer shipping insurance above the $100 minimum, and while it's not required, we do recommend it — it works much like declaring a higher value at the shipping counter and protects your security deposit if something happens in transit. Rush delivery is available when your travel schedule is tight, though orders that ship within 24 hours of processing carry a $50 warehouse rush fee for one to four units.
