The Stamina® AeroPilates® Pro XP686 takes Pilates studio
reformers to the next level. It is the first commercial reformer
to include the patent pending Free-Form Cardio Rebounder, making
it the only reformer that delivers a complete aerobic workout
for improved cardiovascular fitness and to aid in weight loss.
Side-by-side comparisons have shown the Free-Form Cardio
Rebounder to be more effective in reaching and maintaining
target heart rates than a treadmill.

Tower and Mat
Add the Stamina AeroPilates Tower and Mat accessory to your Stamina AeroPilates
Pro XP 686 to create a reformer/half cadillac combination. The Tower and Mat
advances your reformer workout so you will increase abdominal strength, core
strength and stability, flexibility, balance, and coordination. The mats fit
over the carriage so switching to the tower workout is quick and easy carriage
stays in place.
Jumpboard
The Stamina AeroPilates Jumpboard is used by dancers and athletes to build
explosive power through plyometric training. The jumpboard is also good for bone
building and calorie burning while challenging the core muscle group. There is
less stress to the joints than many other plyometric exercises because you are
jumping horizontally and the reformer keeps your body in correct alignment.

materials and workmanship at the time of the original purchase from an
authorized retailer. In the event that a product becomes defective,
please contact us by phone at 1-800-375-7520 or send written
notification to the address listed on the Contact Us page of this
website. If the defect is under the limited warranty, you may be
requested to return the product or part to us for repair or replacement.
Stamina Products Inc. reserves the right to require the customer to pay
for the return shipping of the item.
