2009 AMTA National Conference Table Rental

We are happy to provide massage table rentals this year for the AMTA National Conference at Rosen Shingle Creek, 9939 Universal Blvd., Orlando, Florida.  Dates and details are explained here for the most common rental needs.

Equipment

Leave the table transportation to the experts...us!  Enjoy quality, eco-friendly Oakworks rental tables at the AMTA National Convention, including QuickLock adjustable face rests, face rest pads and carrying cases for easy transport.  Bolsters are available for an additional $5 per day. 

All of the items below are available to rent for this conference.  Cart shopping and pricing on this page is provided for flat tables only, as they are our most popular rental for this type of event.  If you are interested in any of the additional rental items you see below, please use our Online Rental Request Form for an estimate and details on renting the equipment that is right for you.

Sheets

Both premium sheet sets and disposable face rest covers with disposable, poly-backed sheets may be purchased for this conference.  Make your arrangements even easier by adding these to your shopping cart to ensure you have the sheets you need on-site.  Sheet sets are subject to availability at the conference.

Transportation

Event pricing below includes transportation to the event.  We take the hassle out of having the professional equipment you need on hand!  Save your back and let the packaging and transportation professionals do the hauling!

• Pickup and Drop-Off At the Conference
  Renters will need to collect their table at the pickup area at the event 30-40 minutes prior to and after each class day.  Rental equipment can be returned to the pickup area at the end of your conference participation.  The pickup and drop-off location will be close to the event registration area.

Deposit and Rental Agreement

A credit card for the security deposit is required, but is simply authorized rather than charged for the deposit amount.  This covers damage or loss of the table while it is in your possession.  Your rental is confirmed after you complete the Rental Agreement Online, and provide payment for the equipment.  Just select the table and accessories you need, and we'll send you an email link to the Rental Agreement when we're processing your order.
